Why it matters

The right advice, at the right time

Many mothers don't know the warning signs, or which check-ups and tests they need, and often have no one to ask at the right moment. Small gaps like these can become serious risks for mother and child.

  1. Gaps in awareness

About nutrition, medicines, rest and daily care.

  2. Missed check-ups

Antenatal visits, tests and vaccines that slip by.

  3. Conditions found late

Like anaemia, high blood pressure or gestational diabetes.

  4. Avoidable complications

Warning signs that were noticed too late.

  5. Risk to the baby

Low birth weight, premature birth and other problems.

How it works

Simple for mothers. Connected to care.

No app, no internet, no smartphone. Just a phone call to the number registered with your health worker.

  1. Your pregnancy is registered

Your pregnancy is recorded by your health centre or ASHA, along with your mobile number.

  2. Get a call every trimester

HelloMaaAI calls you at the right time with advice for your stage of pregnancy.

  3. Ask anything you like

Food, tests, medicines, how you feel: ask in your own words and get clear, simple answers.

  4. Your ASHA is informed

If a warning sign comes up, your ASHA is alerted so she can follow up with you quickly.

How it helps you

Someone to ask, someone who cares

Each call is a calm, friendly conversation. HelloMaaAI listens, explains, and makes sure the people who look after your health know what you need.

  • Answers your questions

Safe foods, medicines, tests, sleep, exercise: clear answers in simple words.

  • Supports you like family

Listens patiently, reassures you, and reminds you that you are not alone.

  • Reports risks to your ASHA

Warning signs such as bleeding, severe headache or swelling are passed to your ASHA straight away.

  • Keeps your care on track

Asks about your check-ups, iron tablets and vaccines, records what you say, and reminds you of what's next.

After the call

  • Her questions answered
  • Warning sign shared with her ASHA
  • Next check-up reminder set
  • Iron tablets noted as on track
